Request a market review
Ask for a no-obligation market review of your home.
If you are thinking about selling, or just want to understand your options, you can ask for a market review of your home. It is a conversation with a licensed agent about how your home may be received by buyers right now, supported by the listing data available through the MLS.
A few things to know before you ask:
- It is an opinion, not an appraisal. An appraisal is a separate, formal valuation by a licensed or certified appraiser.
- There is no obligation. Requesting a review does not commit you to list your home with anyone.
- Nothing is promised. No agent can guarantee a price or how long a sale will take.
- You choose what to share. Provide only what you are comfortable with. The more you tell us about your goals and timeline, the more useful the conversation will be.
After you send the form, an agent will follow up to confirm a time that suits you. You can choose a phone call, a video call or an in-person visit.
If you have a listing agreement with another broker, please continue to work with them. This is not a request to interfere with that agreement.
