Your Dallas–Fort Worth referral deserves more than a text message. QRE Team is a Dallas–Fort Worth real estate team at Realty of America, and we take referrals from licensed agents and brokerages who have a client buying or selling here.
You submit the referral securely, a person on our team reviews it, and we match your client with a local agent. You can follow its status from your account the whole way, and any referral fee is handled broker to broker.
How referring works
Referring a client takes four steps:
- Sign in
- Tell us about you and your client
- Confirm your client's permission to be contacted
- Submit, then follow the status from your account
After you submit, you get a reference number by email. A person on our team reviews the referral, checks your licence and brokerage, and decides whether we can serve your client. When a referral is accepted, we contact your client only through the channels you told us they allow.
What we ask for
Before you start, have these ready:
- Your licence number, licence state and your brokerage's details, including your managing broker
- Your client's name and an email address or phone number
- What your client wants to do, where in Dallas–Fort Worth, and when
- Your client's permission to be referred and contacted
- The referral fee you propose, and any notes on terms

Questions
Who can submit a referral?
Licensed real estate agents and brokerages. We check your licence and brokerage before we accept a referral.
Is the referral fee agreed when I submit?
No. The fee you propose is a starting point. A referral fee is owed only under a signed referral agreement between the brokerages, approved by our broker, and it is paid broker to broker.
What happens after I submit?
You get an email with your reference number. A person on our team reviews the referral and you can see its status in your account. We email you when it is accepted or declined.
Can I withdraw a referral?
Yes. You can withdraw a referral from your account until our team has made a decision on it.
