The information we collect
When you search for homes, save a listing, or request a tour on QRE Team, we collect a few categories of information: contact details you give us directly (name, email address, phone number), account and activity data (saved homes, searches, and tour requests), home value requests (the property's address and details, and your selling timeline), and technical data collected automatically (device and browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location from your IP address).
How we use SMS and email
If you give us your phone number, we use it to send text messages about tour confirmations, showing reminders, and replies to questions you send us — never marketing messages unless you opt in separately, and you can reply STOP at any time to end them. If you give us a phone number with a home value request, we use it only to call you back about that request. We use your email address to send account confirmations, tour and showing updates, saved-search alerts you request, and, if you ask us to, market updates for your area. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of the message.
We do not sell your personal data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with the people directly involved in a home search or transaction you start — for example, the brokerage and agents on a listing you tour, or a service provider we use to run the site (email delivery, hosting, and similar operational vendors), each bound by a contract limiting how they may use it.
How to request deletion
You can request that we delete your personal information at any time by emailing us at the contact address in this site's footer. We will verify your identity, delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable time, and confirm by email once it is done. Some records — such as those tied to an active or recent real estate transaction — may need to be retained longer to meet legal or regulatory obligations; where that applies, we will tell you what we kept and why.
