Jones County RV Park offers a 17-site RV park with room for additional sites, plus a vacant commercial building on Highway 277 in Anson, within 25 minutes of four active data-center construction sites and four solar farms currently under construction.

Additional projects are planned in the area, and several of the active builds are preparing for expansion. Daily traffic at this location averages 9,181 vehicles, with 17 percent consisting of trucks according to the most recent counts. Traffic volumes are trending upward and are expected to continue increasing.

Current park income can offset start-up costs for an RV repair shop, parts warehouse, field office, equipment yard, or subcontractor housing serving the nearby campuses.

The property is a 2-acre, fully graveled heavy-commercial site. The RV park was put in place within the last year, so it is low maintenance.
